Thorsby CBHI Futurity/Derby & ABRA Open Barrel Race

The ABRA open jackpot was an outstanding success with 205 entries Saturday and 185 on Sunday, paying out eight spots with blankets for 1st in each division and prizes to forth, we enjoyed some tough competion. The saddle was awarded on a point system and with a half point between the winner, Staci Chisholm and the runner up, it was barrel racing at it’s best.

The poles was both entertaining and exciting with some very tough competition, limited to sixty entries, paying six holes in three divisions and prizes to forth, if you left them up there was a good chance you were in the money.
